I heard it in the wind! I thought it was the 4th of July.

Mid-summer has me busier than ever, juggling my day job, writing, practicing, learning new material, and performing. While I haven't had as much time to support local musicians as I'd hoped, I know it's important to balance my commitments. Last month, I released the song "DRUNK," which has been getting airplay on Local Roots Radio and Portland Radio Project—a milestone I'm excited to share with my brothers, who played on the record. I have nine new songs with a cohesive story arc and theme, and I'm narrowing them down to seven for the recording process. I'm planning to show the remaining tracks to Charlie, Freddy, Julio, Gabe, Anna, Kenn, and Rich to see if the Sun City Allstars want to collaborate on another project. Anna, Kenn, and Rich are yet to work with me, but they're among my cherished Sun City loves. Despite the chaos, my life remains a beautiful symphony, and I'm dedicated to keeping it that way.
